The Bradford County Fair Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization hosting the annual county fair and other events throughout the year. The profits we make from our fair and building rentals allow us to give back to our community by providing grounds for training for our Sheriff, police and fire departments as well as the Florida Highway Patrol. Our facilites are used for Farm City Day, Bradford High School homecoming float building, school dances, and fundraisers for 4-H, churches, and other non-profit organizations. We are the sight of Relay for Life, Santa Fe College's Back-to-School Day giving supplies to lower economic families as well as several Food Bank Drives. We strive to meet the needs of our community, but the funds we raise do not cover the costs incurred from the upkeep of the buildings, rising City of Starke electrical costs, insurance, etc. Any donation you could make would be greatly appreciated as there are several areas we would like to tend to:
- Paving on the midway for our handicapped patrons
- Maintenance on our buildings (roof, floor, etc.)
- Lighting in our barns (replacing the flourescent bulbs with energy-efficient lighting)
- Beautification and upgrading of the grounds.
